2. Services Offered
The Provider offers the following services:
Individual coaching – personal development and support during challenging life situations.
Group coaching – group support, personal growth, and sharing in a safe environment.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
Services are ordered via e-mail at lenka@lenkavera.com or through the Calendly application.
An order becomes binding only after confirmation by the Provider.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The price list of services is available on the website www.lenkavera.com.
Payment is made using a QR code for individual sessions or via bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice for long-term programs, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment must be made prior to the provision of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
A change of appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be forfeited.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled using the calendar link, but must be used within the agreed 6-month cooperation period. The client is responsible for scheduling unused sessions.
If the client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.
6. Personal Data Protection
Client personal data is processed to the extent necessary for the provision of the service. The Provider ensures confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Your personal data will never be shared with third parties unless required by a court order.
My notes are securely stored in Microsoft Teams, which uses state-of-the-art security to protect against cyber-attacks.
7. Liability
Coaching and Compassionate Inquiry sessions are not psychotherapy or a medical service. The Provider does not assume responsibility for specific outcomes but provides professional guidance and support.
A client who is under the care of a psychologist or psychiatrist is responsible for informing their provider that they are seeking complementary support in the field of somatic work.
The client may share the Provider’s contact details with their psychologist/psychiatrist, who may contact the Provider at any time to ensure that approaches are not in conflict and do not cause harm to the client.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 September 2025.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; the current version is always available on the website.
